Prepare Abstract
• All abstracts must be written in English, and submitted as poster presentation.
• All articles should contain a brief, clear statement of the background /aims, methods, results and conclusions of your work.
• Tables, diagram and pictures are NOT allowed in the abstract.
• A panel of 90cm wide and 120cm high will be allocated for each poster. Please ensure that your poster does not exceed this size.
• All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear, before being used as an abbreviation in the text.
• The title should contain no more than 30 words. The body of the abstract should be no longer than 300 words.
Submission Guidelines
• The deadline for abstract submission and modification is August 16th (Sat), 2014.
• Abstracts can only be submitted online, via the submission form at the official website of ICRS 2014.
• Please fill out all of the co-authors' names including the presenter, to prevent any omittance in the abstract book.
• Please make sure to fill in the correct contact phone number, mobile phone number(only for Korean) and E-mail address of the presenter.
• Presenters and corresponding authors will receive a confirmation e-mail that your abstract(s) has been received. If there is no confirmation
(within 7 days) after abstract submission, please contact the Secretariat.
• Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and information regarding acceptance and scheduling will be sent to authors
by August 15 (Fri), 2014.
• The reviewers reserve the right to reallocate the submitted abstracts to other sessions.
